Human Resources Management and Development is becoming more and more important in organizations. Transformations in work and organizations require a critica revision of assumptions, knowledge, tecnologies and practices that characterize them. This implies the development of models on orgaization that are useful to carry out this analysis. This paper presents an integrative model emphasizing relational aspects and dynmic congruence among organizational facets. This model is useful to analyze organizational change and interventions and puts in a context the function of Human Resources Management and Development, reformulating it on the bases of dynamic relations with other facets showed in the model.
